REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% payment is required when artwork is approved; before production can begin.
Sport X Canada accepts the following payment methods:

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
To ensure timely processing:

Orders, approvals, and artwork received on or before 1:00 p.m. PT on a regular business day will be processed the same day

Items received after 1:00 p.m. PT will be processed on the next business day
STANDARD TURNAROUND TIMES
Estimated production timelines begin after all required approvals and production-ready artwork are received:

Orders up to 100 units (local instock inventory): 7 - 10 business days
-
Orders up to 100 units (remote inventory(Ontario)): 14 -15 business days

DELAYS
While we strive to meet all stated timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, courier issues or custom artwork revisions. We strongly recommend not scheduling events, releases, or travel based on anticipated delivery dates until you have the final product in hand.
Sport X Canada is not liable for delays once the product leaves our facility or if caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carriers, weather). We recommend placing orders well in advance of any deadlines.
RUSH ORDERS & DEADLINES
If your order is time-sensitive:

If we confirm we can meet your deadline, it becomes your responsibility to:

Submit all assets in proper working format by the agreed deadline

Failure to do so may affect your delivery date.
SET-UP FEES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
To keep your project on track and affordable:

Artwork must be production-ready (no edits required)
-
If artwork requires adjustments, we will provide a quote before proceeding

Screen printing requires a set-up fee per color (up to six colors).

Embroidery requires a one-time digitizing fee per design
-
Resizing beyond small percentage changes requires a new digitizing fee for each size variation

ORDER CANCELATIONS
At Sport X Canada, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel that brings teams, communities, and causes together. Because each item is made-to-order and often tied to fundraising efforts, we’ve outlined the following policies to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.
Before Production Begins:
If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation. If production has not yet started, we will refund your payment in full (minus any costs incurred for artwork setup, if applicable).
After Production Has Started:
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the garments are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if you have an urgent issue, we encourage you to contact us—we’ll do our best to work with you.
WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Sport X Canada provides a limited warranty on all products and services.
Because all products are custom printed or embroidered, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product is defective or a mistake was made on our end.
Unprinted or non-customized items may be eligible for return within 14 days, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with original packaging intact.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us Items may need to be returned for inspection. Claims are typically reviewed within 2 business days. If a defect is confirmed, Sport X Canada will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Replacements will match the original item exactly in style, color, size, and print—no substitutions allowed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
SHIPPING
If we have to ship we will reach out to shipping companies and get you the best rate based on the time frame you provide for delivery.
Sport X Canada can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose that have been provided to you.
All products are shipped F.O.B. our Abbotsford facility, unless otherwise specified.
Free delivery in the Lower Mainland regardless of order size
Shipping options include:
- Canada Post (regular delivery) – shipping & handling added to invoice. If applicable
- FedEx Ground – shipping & handling added to invoice. If applicable
- Purolator -- shipping & handling added to invoice. If applicable
