Ordering custom apparel with Sport X Canada is quick, easy, and built around your needs. Here's how it works, step by step:


1. Browse the Catalogue

Start by browsing our online catalogues to explore available products and styles.
Looking for something specific? Don’t worry—if you can’t find the exact item or colour you're after, we likely still have it. Just ask!


2. Request a Quote

The best first step is to request a detailed quote. This keeps everyone aligned and helps us deliver exactly what you need.

You can:

To speed things up, please include:

  • Type of item(s)

  • Style and colour(s)

  • Preferred decoration method (DTF, Screen Printing, or Embroidery)

  • Placement of artwork (e.g. front, sleeve, back)

  • Deadline or event date

  • Artwork file(s), if available


3. Submit Your Artwork

Already have your design? Great—send it along with your quote.
Need help? Our in-house designers can clean up existing artwork or create something fresh for an additional fee. Don’t worry—nothing goes to print without your full approval.


4. Review Your Proofs

Next, we’ll email you high-quality digital mockups for review. You’ll have the chance to:

  • Approve your design

  • Request revisions

  • Confirm all the final details in writing


5. Payment

Once your proof is approved, we’ll request payment to begin production.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Card

  • E-transfer

  • Invoice (for approved accounts)

  • Cheque (upon approval)


6. Production Begins

With your artwork approved and payment received, your order moves into production. Our experienced in-house team gets to work using the latest equipment to ensure top-quality results.


7. Ready for Pickup or Delivery

When your order is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup, local delivery, or shipping—whichever works best for you.
